This week we are looking at elbows.  Elbows are slightly different to throw as we don’t normally use these in our normal day to day activities, where a punch or a push we can adapt just pointing at someone to turn this into a punch.  The elbow is more of an adaption of the hook punch.  The main thing to remember is that we don’t use the bone to strike, we try using the muscle that covers the bone giving us the power and not damaging our body.
